I served as project lead in the discovery and design for the first-ever “Introduction to Integrity Design” self-guided education module, to serve as a foundational resource for onboarding new integrity designers to the team. This module was later adopted for all product designers joining Meta.

I defined milestones, aligned with 10+ key stakeholders including partnering with an instructional designer, brought in collaborators across discipline and tenure, and managed the entire end-to-end process with the learning team. Of the designers who completed the course, over 80% agreed they could confidently apply the knowledge they learned in the course to their everyday work.
